All Prices quoted by us include parts and labour.
If the device is deemed unrepairable there will be no charge for the repair, however a reassembly fee of $20 may be charged if the customer wants Packin I.T. to put the device back together.
All repairs come with atleast a 3 month warranty.
Water damage repairs/
Data Recovery

When we put a phone in rice, it is the same thing as doing nothing. It just FEELS like we’re actively trying something. Corrosion is instant when a phone hits water. Sometimes the corrosion hits important components, sometimes not.
If you are unable to get the device to us within 12 hours, we suggest you vigorously bath your device in either Demineralized water OR 99% isopropyl Alcohol
Do not allow your device to dry without some kind of treatment.
Some liquid damage repairs can take up to 3 weeks or even longer. depending on the availability of parts, and how soon you can get the device to us.
Power on repairs
From $60
If your device won’t turn on when the power button is pressed, won’t respond to being plugged into a charger, won’t power on after a drop, or fails to boot past the device logo, it could indicate hardware or software issues. These common problems may require professional repairs, such as board-level troubleshooting or advanced diagnostics, to get your device back in working order. Packin I.T. specializes in resolving issues like these with precision and care.
Hard drive and USB repairs
From $120
USB sticks are not long-term data storage solutions.
If you damage or can’t access your USB stick or hard drive, stop using it immediately and contact us for data recovery purposes.
Data recovery can take weeks. Some repairs require parts others require long working time for certain stages.
Gaming console repairs
From $150
We can replace internal connectors on the logic boards that are damaged.
This can occur from previous repairs and or after a drop.
HDMI port repairs start from $150 if you supply only the motherboard of the gaming console.
OR $250 if you need us to dissassemble and re-assemble it for you.
Laptop and Tablet screen replacements
When enquiring about a screen replacement on a laptop 9 times out of 10 we will need to see the laptop and gain access to the part number off the back of the screen before being able to quote you a price.
Quotes for tablets – we would need to know the brand and model number
Depending on the brand of tablet you have it might be etched/engraved onto the rear of the device. It is quite small and requires bright lights to see.
