I have Qualifications in both I.T. and retail, and has worked for over 15 years professionally in the I.T. industry. During this time I have been trained by companies such as Dell, Intel, HP, Samsung, Apple, IBM and many more.
I have experience supporting varied types of I.T. equipment, from Home based setups, to small business, to large pharmacy chains, all the way to supporting multiple Large public hospitals.
I enjoy fixing everything from the fiddliest of phones all the way up to the largest of business networks. The thrill of being able to solve a problem others say is unsolveable, and the customer service and interaction is what makes the I.T. field perfect for me.
